About
„Alubali” looks like returning to the roots. We wanted to find out how our grandparents were making traditional dishes. That’s why we traveled in different parts of the country, tasted different cuisine and met the locals. Especially, older ones. That was the generation we needed to revive our childhood dishes.
The main in Georgian café-restaurant was an courtyard. We planted tangerine trees with other endemic plants in the yard. That was how we created “Alubali”. The place, where you can eat as you did in your childhood with grandparents.
